dev-util/eclipse-sdk: Remove old, vulnerable, unmaintained package
It appears that people are still trying to use this, despite it being
masked, as someone complained about the dependent version of lucene
being removed. No one should use this vulnerable version and the
ebuild serves no purpose as the method of building Eclipse has totally
changed.
