PPC profiles migration to stackable profiles (with inheritance).

Profiles 1.O_rc, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 will be deprecated but are kept.

Inheritance might introduce unwanted effects - especially when
somebody changes the base profile without thinking twice. This
will happen, don't blame me.
