* cpu-powerpc.c: Comment on ordering of arch_info.
* elf32-ppc.c (ppc_elf_object_p): New function. (elf_backend_object_p): Define. * elf64-ppc.c (ppc64_elf_object_p): New function. (elf_backend_object_p): Define.
